Campership

Camperships are designed to supplement the Scout and Parent / Guardian, Unit, and Charter Organization’s ability to ensure a Scout can participate in a Great Falls Council summer experience.

Be advised, Camperships are not automatic. Scouts in need will typically receive 10%-50% of the Early Bird fee from the Council Campership Fund. Campership funding is partially dependent on Friends of Scouting and other fundraising successes.

The 9th point of the Scout Law is “A Scout is Thrifty”.  Scouts are expected to earn some of their summer camp fees by participating in fundraising activities of the unit, like popcorn sales, as well as family support and unit support.

Camperships will be applied for through the registration. A Scout must be registered to be considered for a campership.

Once the Unit names the Scouts that are going they need to turn on Parent Portal

    • Under the Registration Contact, button for Additional Information, Parent Portal
    • Enable and download the Parent Logon Credentials

Parents can then log into their Scouts registration through the Parent Portal and fill in the campership form and even make payments.

Camperships are provided through donations. If you would like to help support the Campership fund CLICK HERE
