Camp Sam Wood is located in the wilds of Alleghany County. It offers a rustic camping experience with lean-tos and several rustic lodges. Wiscoy Creek, a world class trout stream, meanders through the properties, offering an opportunity to take part in a memorable fishing adventure.

Take I-86 W/NY-17 W, then continue on I-390 N to NY-36 N/Clara Barton St. in Dansville. Take Exit 4 from I-390 N for NY-36 towards Dansville. Turn left onto NY-36 N/Clara Barton St. Turn left onto Jefferson St. Turn left onto Ossian St. Continue straight onto NY-436 W/Ossian St. Turn left onto NY-19A S. Turn right onto E Koy Rd.
